## Data Storage and Archiving

> I just checked the PRF for A4379 and you choose FASTQ as delivery format, thus the demultiplexing is done by us (Genomics Platform). We will not perform alignment or other tertiary analysis of NGS data.

* **Raw Data Storage**: Raw data will be kept on the BIH-HPC storage for now. If you recieve your data at MAX cluster directly, data is available in your **group folder** for the data type indicated in the project registration form. Both raw and processed data are independently archived and accessible upon request to MDC helpdesk.

* **Uploading Data to SODAR**: If you wish to upload your data to SODAR, please contact CUBI. For more information, visit the [CUBI Services page](https://www.cubi.bihealth.org/services/std_processing/).
